In the practice: Use the new self-checkin
The Self-CheckIn Terminal is an innovative solution used in our practice to make the registration process for patients more efficient and contactless. The option of self-registration reduces the waiting time for patients. The electronic health card (eGK, insurance card) can be read in at the patient terminal, whereby the name and date of birth are automatically transferred. This makes the check-in process quick and easy, and long queues at the registration desk are a thing of the past.
In our multicultural and multilingual society, this is a matter of course: the self-check-in terminal is of course multilingual. Patients can check in in their preferred language and then go directly to the waiting area.
Good and digital healthcare should be accessible to all patients.
